Holder

Holder. Is defined in the Preamble above, and includes any Holder of Exercise Shares.

Holder. Means any of (i) the CD&R Investor, (ii) any other Person entitled to incidental or piggyback registration rights hereunder upon entering into a joinder agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto or (iii) any direct or indirect transferee of a Holder who has acquired Registrable Securities from a Holder and who has entered into a joinder agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, in each case so long as such Person continues to hold any Registrable Securities

Holder. Or 'Holders' means the holder or holders, as the case may be, from time to time of Registrable Securities. 4829-6961-4818.2

Holder. Any person owning or having the right to acquire Registrable Securities or shares convertible to Registrable Securities who acquired such Registrable Securities or shares convertible into Registrable Securities in a transaction or series of transactions not involving any registered public offering, or any assignee thereof in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof

Holder. Any person or entity who at the time in question is the registered holder of this Convertible Note

Holder. The Parties other than the Company executing this Agreement

Holder. The Person or Persons who shall from time to time own this Contingent Payment Right

Holder. Means any Person who is a holder of Shares.

Holder. Shall mean each Person who is a registered owner of Registrable Securities under the Indenture, and each of its respective successors, assigns and direct and indirect transferees who become registered owners of Registrable Securities under the Indenture.

Holder. Means, with respect to an Award or any Issued Shares, the Awardee of the Award or Issued Shares and Permitted Transferee of such Award or Issued Shares. The term "Holder" shall not include any transferee of Issued Shares who is not a Permitted Transferee.
