Example Definitions of "HolderAffiliate"
HolderAffiliate. Shall mean any Affiliates of the Holder, including a transferee who is an Affiliate of the Holder, and the directors and officers of the Holder and any person who controls the Holder or any Affiliate of the Holder within the meaning of Section 15 of the Securities Act or Section 20 of the Exchange Act.
