Holders Berhman Percentage. Means in respect of Behrman or SEF a fraction, the numerator of which is the cash amount deposited into the Behrman Deposit as of the Effective Time and allocated to such Holder, and the denominator of which is the aggregate value of all cash deposited into the Behrman Deposit at Closing.
