Holders' Counsel. One firm of counsel (per registration) to the Holders of Registrable Securities participating in such registration, which counsel shall be selected (i) in the case of a Demand Registration or a Resale Registration, by the Initiating Holders holding a majority of the Registrable Securities for which registration was requested in the Request, and (ii) in all other cases, by the Majority Holders of the Registration
