Holding Period

Holding Period. Means a required holding period applicable to Shares purchased in a particular Offering Period established in accordance with Section 12(h) below.

Holding Period. Shall have the meaning set forth in subsection 5(e) hereof.

Holding Period. Means a four (4)-year period starting on the Grant Date (included) and terminating on the day that is the fourth anniversary day of the Grant Date (included).

Holding Period. Has the meaning set out in paragraph 8 below;

Holding Period. Shall mean a period of twelve (12) months following the end of an Offering Period, or such longer or shorter period of time as may be established by the Committee or its appropriate delegate, during which the Common Shares purchased during such Offering Period are held in a Restricted Subaccount and may not be sold or otherwise disposed of without the Committee's prior written consent.

Holding Period. Means the period starting on and including the Closing Date and ending on and excluding the 30-month anniversary of the Closing Date; provided that the Holding Period shall terminate upon the occurrence of (x) a Change of Control Event or (y) a Company Default Event (each of the capitalized terms used in clauses (x) and (y), shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Stockholders Agreement)

Holding Period. Shall mean the minimum two-year holding period, described Section 6.1 below, during which the shares shall not be disposed of.

Holding Period. The three month period commencing on the "Exercise Date"

Holding Period. (a) in relation to Free Shares, the period specified by the Directors in accordance with Rule 5.12; (b) in relation to Matching Shares, the period specified by the Directors in accordance with Rule 7.6; and (c) in relation to Dividend Shares, the period of 3 years from the Acquisition Date
