Example Definitions of "Holding Period"
Holding Period. Means a required holding period applicable to Shares purchased in a particular Offering Period established in accordance with Section 12(h) below.

Holding Period. With regard to Awards Granted under Section 102, the period in which the Awards Granted to a Qualified Participant or, upon exercise thereof the Underlying Shares, are to be held by the Trustee on behalf of the Qualified Participant, in accordance with Section 102, and pursuant to the Tax Track which the Company selects.
