Holidays

Holidays. New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and any other holidays designated by an executive order of the President of the United States or by Act of Congress.

Holidays. The following dates shall constitute "Holidays," as that term is used in this Lease: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday following Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, and any one other day in any calendar year as specified by Landlord from time to time.
