HOLTER SUPPLY PRODUCTS. Shall mean Burdick's Holter Monitor products and related supplies, accessories currently being supplied by Burdick to Spacelabs' Medical Data division, as well as any updates, upgrades, modifications or successor products with respect thereto, including without limitation the products listed on schedule 1 hereto.
