Home Page. Any corporate home page on the World Wide Web accessible through the Internet via a universal resource locator ("URL"). The Borrower shall designate to the Bank in writing the URL identification of the Home Page of each Obligor and each Obligor's Subsidiary required to submit any 10-K or 10-Q Report to the Bank.
