Honda Agreement
Honda Agreement. Means any agreement entered into by Analog with Honda Motor Co., Ltd. (or any of its affiliates) after the date of this Agreement, pursuant to which Analog is granted rights to any patent or technology useful to Licensee in the Licensed Field.
