Hood Cream Territory

Hood Cream Territory. The term "Hood Cream Territory" shall mean only the distribution channels specified below and located within those states (and portions 2 thereof) set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto and hereby incorporated by reference. The distribution channels are: retail grocery stores, food and dairy wholesalers, convenience stores, military... commissaries, and dairy distributors, but expressly excluding foodservice accounts and distributors, club stores (including but not limited to Costco and Sam's), and mass merchandisers (including but not limited to Wal-Mart, Target, and K-Mart); but expressly including BJ's and to those accounts to which Hood sold product under the June 25, 1996 License Agreement between LOL and Hood.
