Hops Marks License

Hops Marks License. Shall mean the License Agreement, dated as of the Sale-Leaseback Date, between the Borrower, as licensor, and the SPV, as licensee, concerning the licensing of the Hops Marks to the SPV; together with all schedules and exhibits thereto; and any modifications or amendments thereof.
