Hotel Property

Hotel Property. Means any Property, whether in fee or leasehold, that is zoned for (or may be zoned for), or is suitable for (or may be suitable for), hotel purposes, including, without limitation, motels, motor inns, extended stay hotels and the like, whether in whole or in part.
