House Account

House Account. An account which is the sole responsibility of Company and which is listed in Exhibit C of this Agreement. Company has the absolute right to designate (or remove) certain additional Customer accounts which are not originally listed in Exhibit A as House Accounts at any time during the term of this Agreement upon thirty (30) days' written notice to Distributor. Upon such notice, the additional House Accounts so designated shall be deemed added to (or removed from) the list set forth in Exhibit... C.
