Household. Household International, Inc., a Delaware corporation and any and all of its subsidiaries and affiliates who shall be entitled to the benefits of this Agreement.

Household. Shall mean the residence, including any unit of a multiple dwelling unit, of one or more subscribers to residential cable service. For purposes of this Agreement, a Household shall be counted only once regardless of the number of subscribers or deployed Wink Engines in that Household.
