HPT Guaranty

HPT Guaranty. Shall mean that certain Guaranty Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, made by HPT for the benefit of the MI and the Managers, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time as therein provided.
