HUD Transaction. The acquisition by HHC Beachwood, Inc., HHC Broadview, Inc. and HHC Westbay, Inc. (each an affiliate of Investcorp) of the four nursing home facilities that Harborside of Cleveland Limited Partnership ("Cleveland") currently leases from the current owners of such facilities, which acquisition is to be funded principally by a mortgage insured by the Department of Housing and Urban Development
