HVI Guaranty

HVI Guaranty. Means the Guaranty Agreement, dated as of February 23, 1999, by Homestead Village Incorporated, a Maryland corporation, for the benefit of HPT and Hospitality Properties Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time; provided such modifications do not increase the amount guarantied -------- thereunder.
