HVI Lease. Means that certain Lease Agreement, dated as of February 23, 1999, by and between HPT and HVI (2) Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time; provided such modifications do not increase the amount payable thereunder. - --------
