HWI Dividends. Any dividends or distributions of any kind, whether or not in cash, actually received by the NARCO Asbestos Trust after the Closing with respect to, derived from, relating to or arising out of the HWI Interest (excluding HWI Sale Proceeds and any HWI Special Dividend)
