Any system or equipment or technology that generates or is combined or used in conjunction with other systems, equipment or technology to generate gases through the application of UOB-TM- Technology, and all such related products, equipment, systems, uses and applications that are described in or contemplated by the business plans of PGS, HBT or any of their Affiliates (as such business plans may be modified from time to time by them).
