Hypo Debt Documents

Hypo Debt Documents. Means that certain Loan Agreement, executed on December 30, 2002, before the Notary Public of Madrid, Mr. Pablo de la Esperanza Rodriguez, with number 4,619 of his protocol, between MX 2003, as borrower, and Bayerische Hypo-Und Vereinsbank Aktiengesellschaft, as lender, arranger, and agent, together with all of the other instruments and agreements which evidence or secure the Hypo Debt including all Encumbrances securing the Hypo Debt.
