IAPL Improvements

IAPL Improvements. Shall mean any invention, development or discovery, whether or not patentable, made or created (i) independently by employees or agents of IAPL or any of its Affiliates, or (ii) jointly by employees or agents of IAPL and Inovio, or any of their respective Affiliates, which relate to EP or arise out of, improve, or enhance Inovio Licensed Technology.
