ICP Award
ICP Award. Means the amount payable (or would have been paid if not for an election made pursuant to the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. ICP Award Deferral Plan to defer all or a portion of such amounts) under the ICP to a Participant pursuant to the terms of ICP.
