Identified Individuals

Identified Individuals. Any individuals identified on Schedule A hereto (the "Identified Individuals") who are not so designated by SFIC Holdings shall resign as of the Effective Time and SFIC Holdings shall cause such Identified Individuals to resign as of the Effective Time.
