iLabor Revenue Fee

iLabor Revenue Fee. Shall mean the net of the amount billed by Select to the end-user client under Section 3(b) hereof, or the net of the amount billed by CPR to clients referred by Select and serviced directly by CPR through the Network, as the case may be, less the amount paid to the respective Supplier.
