Immaterial Deposit Account. A Deposit Account maintained by Pledgor that at all times, has a balance of less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000); provided that the Immaterial Deposit Accounts of all Credit Parties shall not, at any time, aggregate in excess of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000).
