Implementation Agreement. Means that certain addendum to the SSA between PMUSA and SWM, dated April 1, 1998, respecting the upgrade of the Mill to enable SWM to manufacture and sell Banded Cigarette Papers and respecting the sale and purchase of Banded Cigarette Papers by SWM and PMUSA, respectively. As used herein, the term also shall include all amendments to such agreement.
