Implementation Technology

Implementation Technology. Any technology for incorporating or embodying the d2p Technology into a semiconductor device, wireless system or product (but excluding any technology that is developed based on the d2p Technology or that requires knowledge of the d2P Technology, which shall be deemed to fall within the definition of Improvements to d2p Technology)

Implementation Technology. Any Technology for incorporating or embodying the ParkerVision RF Communications Technology into a semiconductor device, wireless system or other product which is not based on the ParkerVision RF Communications Technology and does not require knowledge of the ParkerVision RF Communications Technology.
