ImprovedProcess Product

ImprovedProcess Product. Means (i) all Products manufactured by or on behalf of BioSphere or its Affiliates using a process that incorporates all or some of the procedural improvements specified in the Implementation Plan and (ii) all micro porous beads manufactured by or on behalf of BioSphere or its Affiliates using a manufacturing process substantially similar to the process then used in the manufacture of Products and incorporating all or some of the procedural improvements specified in the Implementation Plan.
