In-Service Date

In-Service Date. The date on which Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC, the joint venture through which the Company holds ownership in the Mountain Valley Pipeline, is authorized by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to commence service on the Mountain Valley Pipeline, provided that the Committee certifies that such date has occurred on or before the Expiration Date.
