Inactive Participant

Inactive Participant. An Eligible Employee who has purchased Stock pursuant to the Plan and who has an Account to which shares of Stock are credited, but who is not currently making payroll deductions for the purchase of Stock under the Plan (other than an individual on a long-term leave of absence who has made arrangements to continue payment of contributions as described in Section 10).
