Incentive Bonus Schedule. Shall mean the schedule that will determine the Incentive Bonus earned based on the Selling Price Per Share and the percentage of Common Stock beneficially owned by the Acquirer in the Change in Control. The Incentive Bonus Schedule is the schedule adopted by the Committee at its April 20, 2004 meeting.
