Incentive Cap
Incentive Cap. Shall mean the lesser of $1,957,447.00 or the product of $4,255.32 and the number of apartment units actually constructed in Phase I. If subsequent phases are developed, each will have an Incentive Cap based on the number of units in such phases and a per unit limit of $4,255,32. In no event shall the Incentive Cap for all phases exceed an aggregate of $8,000,000.
