Incentive Plan

Incentive Plan. Shall mean Penton's 1998 Equity and Performance Incentive Plan (As Amended and Restated Effective as of March 15, 2001).

Incentive Plan. Means the Company's 2007 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as amended and/or restated from time to time, or any successor shareholder-approved equity incentive plan maintained by the Company.

Incentive Plan. The Company's "Short Term Incentive Plan" under which certain employees are eligible to receive an annual incentive target bonus based on performance and other specific objectives adopted by the Compensation Committee of the Board.

Incentive Plan. Means a 2007 Brooke Credit Corporation Equity Incentive Plan, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Oakmont and Parent, with an aggregate of 500,000 shares of New Oakmont Stock issuable under such Incentive Plan, subject to adjustment as provided therein.

Incentive Plan. Shall mean any compensation arrangement, plan, policy, practice or program established, maintained or sponsored by the Company or any subsidiary of the Company, or to which the Company or any subsidiary of the Company contributes, on behalf of any Executive Officer and which provides for incentive, bonus or other performance-based awards of cash, securities, the phantom equivalent of securities or other property, including any stock option, stock appreciation right and restricted stock plan,... but excluding any plan intended to qualify as a plan under any one or more of Sections 401(a), 401(k) or 423 of the Code. Incentive Plan. Means the Company's 2003 Incentive Stock and Stock Option Plan.

Incentive Plan. The Janus International Group, Inc. 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan, as it may be amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, or any successor equity incentive plan established by the Company.
