INCENTIVE WARRANTS

INCENTIVE WARRANTS. Means an aggregate of 400,000 Warrants issued to each of Harbor Healthcare Holding LLC and Moreco Partners LLC immediately prior to the consummation of the Company's initial public offering, the terms of which are more fully described in the Company's registration statement on Form S-1, File No. 333-136908.
