Incident Correction

Incident Correction. Either a permanent modification of, addition to or deletion from the Ascendon System that, when made to the Ascendon System, causes the Ascendon System to conform to the Ascendon Documentation, or a permanent procedure or routine that, when observed in the regular operation of the Ascendon System, eliminates the effect giving rise to a Ascendon System incident.
