Incidental Registration Statement

Incidental Registration Statement. Means a registration statement of the Company, as provided in Section 2(b), which covers any of the Registrable Securities on an appropriate form in accordance with the Securities Act and all amendments and supplements to such registration statement, including post-effective amendments, in each case including the Prospectus contained therein, all exhibits thereto and all material incorporated by reference therein.

Incidental Registration Statement. A registration statement of the Company, which covers the Registrable Securities requested to be included therein pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.2 and all amendments and supplements to such registration statement, including post-effective amendments, in each case including the Prospectus contained therein, all exhibits thereto and all material incorporated by reference (or deemed to be incorporated by reference) therein.
