Example Definitions of "Income Taxes"
Income Taxes. Means any Taxes determined by reference to net income.
Income Taxes. Means all income taxes and consumption taxes.
Income Taxes. Shall mean (i) all Federal, state, local or foreign income or franchise taxes of Seller or other taxes or charges imposed on or with respect to Seller's net income or capital, together with any interest or penalties or additions to tax imposed with respect thereto and (ii) any obligations under any agreements with respect to any Income Taxes.
Income Taxes. Means income taxes imposed by the United States, New York State, and, if applicable, New York City on Employee's Taxable Compensation Income, together with the hospital insurance excise tax imposed by Code Section 3111(b).
Income Taxes. Shall mean any Federal, state, or local income taxes or FICA taxes.
Income Taxes. With respect to each SHLP Taxpayer, all taxes giving rise to any Income Tax Liability or Adjusted Income Tax Liability.
Income Taxes. Means all Taxes based upon, measured by, or calculated with respect to (i) gross or net income or gross or net receipts or profits (including, but not limited to, any capital gains, alternative minimum taxes, net worth and any taxes on items of tax preference, but not including sales, use, goods and services, real or personal property transfer or other similar taxes), (ii) multiple bases (including, but not limited to, corporate franchise, doing business or occupation taxes) if one or more of... the bases upon which such tax may be based upon, measured by, or calculated with respect to, is described in clause (i) above, or (iii) withholding taxes measured with reference to or as a substitute for any tax described in clauses (i) or (ii) above; and Income Tax means any one of them.
