Income

Income. Total salary, commissions and bonuses of the Participant paid or accrued by the Company, exclusive of Accrued Benefits and any employer contributions or payments to any other trust, fund, agreement or plan providing retirement, pension, profit sharing, health, welfare, death, insurance or similar benefits.
