Incorporated Documents

Incorporated Documents. Means documents that are incorporated into any of the Registration Statement, Prospectus or Preliminary Prospectus by reference.

Incorporated Documents. Shall mean the documents or portions thereof filed with the Commission on or prior to the Effective Date that are incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement or the Prospectus and any documents or portions thereof filed with the Commission after the Effective Date that are deemed to be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement or the Prospectus

Incorporated Documents. The documents which at the time are incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Base Prospectus, the Final Preliminary Prospectus or the Final Prospectus or any amendment or supplement thereto

Incorporated Documents. Shall mean the Registration Statement, the Base Prospectus, any Interim Prospectus, Supplement, the Issuer Free Writing Prospectuses, if any and any documents incorporated by reference therein which were filed under the Exchange Act on or before the Effective Date of the Registration Statement or the issue date of the Base Prospectus, any Interim Prospectus Supplement or the Prospectus, as the case may be; and any reference herein to the terms "amend," "amendment" or "supplement" with respect... to the Registration Statement, the Base Prospectus, any Interim Prospectus Supplement or the Prospectus shall be deemed to refer to and include the Incorporated Documents after the Effective Date of the Registration Statement or the issue date of the Base Prospectus, any Interim Prospectus Supplement or the Prospectus, as the case may be, deemed to be incorporated therein by reference.
