Increased Term Loan Note. Any promissory note executed and delivered by the Borrowers in favor of a Lender on October 9, 2009 upon request of such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit H-3 hereto, which note shall evidence the portion of the Increased Term Loan made by such Lender.
