Incremental EVA

Example Definitions of "Incremental EVA"
Incremental EVA. Means the Current Year EVA minus the EVA for the prior Plan Year. For purposes of calculating Incremental EVA for the 1995 Plan Year, the EVA for 1994 was $1,128,000. Incremental EVA may not be negative.
Incremental EVA. The difference (positive or negative) between the year's Target EVA and actual EVA.
