Incremental Term Facilities. Subclause (II) of Section 2.15(a) shall be amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows: with respect to all other Incremental Term Facilities, Incremental Term Loans and increased Term Loans under the Term A Facility, by an aggregate amount (for all such requests, together with the aggregate amount of all increases to the Revolving Credit Facility requested pursuant to Section 2.14(a)) not exceeding $350,000,000;
