indebtedness and obligations. Shall mean and include, but shall not be limited to, all claims, demands, obligations and liabilities whatsoever, however arising, whether owing by the Debtor individually or as a partner, or jointly or in common with any other party, and whether absolute or contingent, and whether owing by the Debtor as principal debtor or as a co-maker or as endorser, liquidated or unliquidated, and whenever contracted, accrued or payable.
