Indebtedness. Any liability, whether or not contingent, (i) with respect to borrowed money, or evidenced by bonds, notes, debentures or similar instruments, (ii) representing the balance deferred and unpaid of the purchase price of any property or services (except such balance that constitutes an account payable to a trade creditor created or incurred in the ordinary course of business, (iii) as lessee under leases that are capital leases for GAAP purposes, (iv) consisting of ... reimbursement obligations with respect to surety bonds, letters of credit, banker's acceptances, drafts or similar documents or instruments issued for the liable Person's account, and (v) as a guarantor for any liability described in clause (i), (ii), (iii) or (iv) of this definition, including any guarantor arising from the pledge of any property as security for any liability of a third party described in clause (i), (ii), (iii) or (iv) of this definition. Indebtedness.
