Example Definitions of "Indebtedness"
Indebtedness. Means all amounts owing with respect to indebtedness for borrowed money (but excluding the deferred purchase price of property or assets and accounts receivable or similar items arising in the ordinary course of business).

Indebtedness. Indebtedness. Indebtedness.
