Indemnifiable Event Definition Example

Indemnifiable Event. For purposes of this Agreement, "Indemnifiable Event" means any event or occurrence related to Indemnitee's service for the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate in any capacity as an Indemnifiable Person (as defined below), or by reason of anything done or not done, or any act or omission, by Indemnitee in any such capacity, regardless of whether any such event or occurrence occurred before or after the effective date of this Agreement.
