Indemnifiable Liabilities. Shall mean all Expenses and all other liabilities, damages (including, without limitation, punitive, exemplary, and the multiplied portion of any damages), judgments, payments, fines, penalties, amounts paid in settlement, and awards paid or incurred that arise out of, or in any way relate to, any Indemnifiable Event.
Indemnifiable Liabilities. Means any losses or liabilities, including any judgments, fines, excise taxes, penalties and amounts paid in settlement (with the approval of the Company), arising out of or in connection with any Claim by reason of (or arising in part out of) an Indemnifiable Event (including all interest, assessments and other charges paid or payable in connection with or in respect of any such judgments, fines, excise taxes, penalties or amounts paid in settlement).
