Indemnification Agreement

Indemnification Agreement. Means that certain Assumption and Indemnification Agreement of even date herewith by and among Maker, Tradestar Acquisition Sub, L.L.C., The CYMRI Corporation, Payee, Robert G. Wonish, Franklin M. Cantrell, Jr., Petroleum Engineers, Inc. and Triumph Energy, Inc

Indemnification Agreement. Means the agreement between the Company and the director designated by the Investors, dated as of the date of the Closing, substantially in the form of Exhibit D attached to this Agreement.

Indemnification Agreement. Means the agreement for the indemnification of Arvida/JMB and its Affiliates by the Association Parties to be executed and delivered in accordance with paragraph 4.3 on the Closing Date and substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.

Indemnification Agreement. Means that certain Indemnification Agreement dated August 23, 1999, by and between the Company and the Executive.

Indemnification Agreement. Means that certain Indemnification Agreement of even date herewith by and between the Company and the Executive.

Indemnification Agreement. Means the Indemnification Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit J.

Indemnification Agreement. The indemnification agreement described in Section 2.2 of this Agreement, executed by Indemnitor, as originally executed or as may be hereafter supplemented or amended from time to time in writing.

Indemnification Agreement. Shall mean those certain Indemnification Agreements, by and between the Company and each of the individuals signatories thereto, dated May 8, 2009, as amended.

Indemnification Agreement. Means and refers to that certain CareTrust REIT, Inc. Indemnification Agreement dated as of , 20 by and between the Company and the Executive.

Indemnification Agreement. Means the Indemnification Agreement between the Company and Executive effective as of July 9, 2019.
