Indemnified Claim. Any Claim, whether based in tort, contract or any other theory of recovery, seeking any type of damages or relief, made by any Person against Hartford seeking amounts that are allegedly owed under the Policies in addition to the Settlement Amount and amounts that have previously been paid by Hartford under the Policies, except that an Indemnified Claim shall not include Claims for coverage that has been preserved under Section 4.3 of this Agreement.
